I've noticed that being in college tends to change people from what they used to be. My friend went to Davis a couple of years ago, changed from the good obedient studious girl, to a crazy party animal. Her GPA obviously reflected her change, but I was rather sad because I could no longer connect with her over conversation the way I once did.
That's not to say all change is necessarily bad, for example, look at this conversation that I had with Neil:
Shan (6:44 PM): and the people at school, regardless of how hot they are, are so stupid that talking to them makes you want to kill yourself
Neil (6:45 PM): thats better than not having a single hot girl at ur school
Neil (6:46 PM): i swear the girls at iit make the girls at harker look like exotic goddesses
Obviously being at college has made him more appreciative of his past in high school, and more open about expressing that.
I suppose I'm looking forward to how going to college will change me too.
(This post was mostly payback for Neil's last post, but i still meant what i said about change and stuff)

Wow, I should have read this before I posted just now. But yeah, I know what you mean. Somehow, though, I have a feeling we're all too weird and perverted and strange to get much crazier, so that's comforting.
